Please do not send us any items without the appropriate confirmation and address label from our side. For each repair request, a corresponding proof of purchase or proof of warranty is required. Requests that fall under the following categories will not be considered repairs:

• Product Cleaning
• Normal wear and tear Discoloration,
• Soiling and abrasion caused by dark clothing.

Maison Mollerus has the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace items or refund the purchase price. The customer knows and agrees that a product for which a repair is made becomes the property of Maison Mollerus when it is replaced or when the purchase price is refunded to the customer. By submitting the repair request, the customer agrees to receive information about the status of his product as well as news from Maison Mollerus.
