Maison Mollerus has the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace items or refund the purchase price. The customer knows and agrees that a product for which a repair is made becomes the property of Maison Mollerus when it is replaced or when the purchase price is refunded to the customer. By submitting the repair request, the customer agrees to receive information about the status of his product as well as news from Maison Mollerus.
